Ms Sarah Ma, born in Pennsylvania, USA, is a young woman who has already accumulated a lifetime of invaluable experience.

Ms. Ma holds a degree in Speech-Language and Hearing Disorders from the US, a TEFL certificate, and has worked in education in China since 2000. Sarah attended in the Harvard Institute for Educational Leadership in Cambridge, Boston.

She has put those qualifications to exceptionally good use in China, gathering 5 years' experience in educational supervision within Beijing. Her executive roles in the educational sector have spanned the full gamut of corporate obligation, responsibility, and day-to-day tasks such as HR liaison and the constant need for firm practical decisions. This work involved leadership, strategy, marketing, advertising, event-management and logistics, client-liaison, financial control, carrying out briefs, meeting deadlines, and lifting team morale.

Somehow, Sarah Ma has also found time to give birth to a child and she is now the proud mother of a 4 year old boy.

In her "spare time" she enjoys reading, hiking and traveling in Asia.
