Please Note: All school fees are charged in RMB. Payments in USD will be converted according to Bank of China's prevailing cash buying rate.
For payments by Telegraphic Transfer please indicate the student's full name on the remittance slip to facilitate prompt and accurate reading. Kindly fax a copy of the remittance slip to the Beijing Eton Schools Office of Admissions at (8610) 6539 8817. Failure to fax the remittance slip may result in a payment being considered late.

Admission Priority
Eton Schools will give admissions priority to returning students, siblings of students or graduates, children under 3 years of age, applicants for full day classes, and applicants who previously attended a Montessori School .
Payment Terms
All application forms must be accompanied by a гд1,700 Application Fee, and a Deposit towards school fees (non-refundable, non-transferable), payable with the signed Application Form. The Application Fee is credited towards tuition for returning students. The Deposit will be credited against tuition for all students accepted to attend Eton Academy . A child will not be considered admitted until these fees are paid.
For students who have been away from Eton and are re-applying to the school, a гд1,700 Application Fee will be charged.
The balance of school fees is due on the date indicated on the invoice. On the first day of the term or the child's first day of school, if payment is not up to date, the total tuition due at that time will be subject to 5% late penalty fee. In this case of non-payment of tuition, your child will be admitted to class only while monies you have already submitted to the school allow.
Term payments are available, incurring 3% grace period charge on the entire cost of tuition. Due dates for term payments are:
First Term Tuition Payment 15 August 2006
Second Term Tuition Payment 15 October 2006
Third Term Tuition Payment 15 January 2007
If term payments are not received by these due dates, Eton cannot guarantee placement for the student in the corresponding term.
For families applying for one term only because of extraordinary circumstances, no grace period charge will be incurred unless enrollment is extended beyond one term. In this case, 3% grace period charge on the entire tuition will be charged with the new invoice. Regardless of the length of study applied for, full tuition paid in advance of enrollment will never be subject to a grace period charge.
Refund Policy
Refunds for the withdrawal of students from Eton Schools will be granted according to the refund schedule below and will be calculated on a term pro-rata basis.
The Application Fee, Capital Levy and tuition for term 1 are all non-refundable. For families wishing to receive a tuition refund for term 2, the withdrawal and refund application must be received by the school on or before 5 September 2006 . For families wishing to receive a tuition refund for term 3, the withdrawal and refund application must be received by the school on or before 15 January 2007 . No refunds will be granted for withdrawal applications received after 15 January 2007 .
Families who withdraw during the school year must pay a гд1,700 administrative fee to cover extra administrative work and other costs, such as uniform fees. This charge will be deducted from refunds given. |
