Ms. Odendaal is originally from Zimbabwe , Africa . She has taught in Zimbabwe and South Africa , and has worked in her field of childhood education in the USA , England , and Turkey . Montessori certified for age groups 3 - 6 and 6 - 9 , Ms. Odendaal has rich teaching experience in addition to over ten years' experience as a teacher-trainer and development coordinator. She was also founder and principal of the Montessori Africa Teacher Training College in Johannesburg , South Africa .
