Review of St. Valentine's Day Party—NJ campus
1. First we talked about the history of St.Valentine's Day(we gave each parent had a hand out).
2. We demonstrated the dance to the Skinnamarink dinky dink (I love you).
3. We all sang and danced to the Skinnamarink dinky dink (I love you) song.
4. We had a contest for the best parent /child dance duo and had 8 winners.
5. We talked about St. Valentine's Day cards and showed an example.
6. They followed 6 steps to make a St.Valentine's day card (gluing, coloring and putting stickers on the cards)
7. We had a chocolate exchange between the students. They gave each other chocolates and said "Thank you and "I love you"
8. Snack time with pink St.Valentine's Day punch and several different pink strawberry cookies.
9. We took pics in front of the giant hearts on the wall, listened to more music and more dancing.
