Etonkids Beginnings is a program of specially designed early learning experiences for you and your child to enjoy together in the comfort of the Etonkids Montessori environment. Activities focus around key areas of your child’s development, including coordination, language, logic and order. Under the guidance of Etonkids’ early childhood experts, you experience precious moments of learning during class sessions as well as through songs and games to take home. And as you build ever new bonds with your child through Beginnings activities, you come to learn just how your child learns and how you can play an essential role in your child’s academic life. The prepared Beginnings environment features learning materials designed to be attractive and to engage your child’s natural curiosity. Through group activity and guided individual study, your child starts building confidence and the foundations for future achievement.
Birth to age 3 is a crucial time in your child’s development. During this period, your child is building muscles and motor skills, and is engaged in a non-stop process of absorbing and processing information vital to future development. Beginnings activities cater to your child’s absorbent young mind and desire to learn through movement; they engage both sides of the brain with naturally embedded lessons in independent judgment and linear sequencing.
Each Beginnings class session is different and presents a new opportunity for a joy-filled learning experience through games, music, dance, art, and “practical life” exercises. As we progress through different topics and learn more about our world intellectually, we also encounter lessons in communication, behavior & manners, respect for others and our environment.

50 minute topical classes: 9:00-9:50am in 7 day blocks
90 minute regular classes: 10:15-11:45am & 4:00-5:30pm in 7 day blocks
Classes require a minimum of 5 families / maximum of 15 families
Age Grouping: 0-12 months; 13-24 months; 25-36 months; mix-age group
