Language is one of our most important and essential tools, and research has proven that the optimal time for second language acquisition starts as young as 6 months old. Studies have also shown that owning a second language is a great benefit in terms of social skills and cognitive development, in addition a wider range of future opportunities available only to bilinguals.
To meet the requests of many OCT Campus families, an International class will start at OCT Campus in March 2010, with enrollments accepted from January 12th.
The International Class teaching team consists of one bilingual lead teacher; one native English speaking assistant; one Chinese assistant; and one classroom facilitator.
