Parents frequently ask an important question: “What can I do to help my child progress at home?” While school and home serve different purposes, they should compliment rather than contradict each other. Etonkids offers a workshop for parents to discuss this topic. These workshops serve as a cafeteria of ideas that are consistent with the Montessori approach and which parents can use to reinforce the lessons learned at school.
The lecturer, Rosemary, is a distinguished Montessorian and early childhood education specialist. She has over 16 years of experience as a Casa Director, head of the Casa program, and is also a member of the American Montessori Society and the Canadian Association of Montessori Teachers. She holds the AMI Montessori Diploma for Early Childhood in addition to a BA in Anthropology from McGill University, and MA in Anthropology from the University of New Brunswick.
Your child is only young once, and they love when you take an interest in their world, and subsequently allow them to explore yours with you. Enjoy!
The workshop is open for all parents, please RSVP today! We look forward to seeing you then!
