At lido campus of Etonkids International Kindergarten,celebrating Earth Day was the highlight of our month. Each class performed songs and poems for parents and Casa children modeled recycled clothing for our in-house fashion show! Barr some minor technical issues with the sound system, everything went well and the show was very enjoyable. Also on display were art works made from recycled materials and a playful waterwheel constructed by staff for everyone’s enjoyment. How is earth made? Well after seeing earthworms in action at the mini compost station most of our students should have an idea or two to share! Egg shell, banana and cucumber peel as well as apple core were available to feed the worms and sparked some interesting comments i.e. can worms eat plastic?
