Etonkids Phonics
English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education is one of the most vivid factors parents of young children consider while choosing a school in China. To provide the highest quality EFL education for our students, Etonkids is preparing a professional EFL Curriculum to be followed in the Etonkids Montessori environment.
Our first step is the introduction of the Etonkids Phonic Series of high quality phonics books and visuals for teaching reading and pronunciation in Etonkids bilingual kindergartens and Huizhi bilingual kindergartens. It consists of 20 Phonics books that progress in difficulty, phonics activity books with further activities to practice, recordings of pronunciation patterns (blending), and phonetic song DVD slides.
The series has been created based upon the newest research in bilingual education and practice, research and the educational/professional experience of the Etonkids Academic Research Team.
The series will be used in Etonkids Montessori classrooms with complementary materials designed for further practice at home.
