| Campus Principal: |
|
| Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overall running of the campus - both academic and logistic, campus security, community relations, head office contacts, project and event organization and parent communication;
2. Plans and goals for the campus including critical reviews and evaluations;
3. Management and assessments of teaching staff;
4. Management of curriculums and materials; ensuring proper maintenance and running of each classroom.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in early childhood education or related discipline, certification and/or relevant experience in Montessori schools and knowledge of Montessori philosophy and application;
2. At least 5 years’ experience as principal of a large scale school or manager of an educational organization; proven leadership, responsible initiative and team-management;
3. Familiarity with trends, standards and regulations in international and Chinese schools;
4. Strong sense of duty, approachable and amicable disposition, proven ability to endure stressful situations and overcome challenges
5. Student and family-focused mindset and passion for early childhood education. |

| English Specialist |
|
As an Etonkids English Specialist, you form part of a teaching team alongside a Montessori lead teacher and native Chinese speaker. Together you provide a unique bilingual and Montessori learning environment for students.
Requirements
*Native English speaker from US, Canada, Australia, UK
*Warm and creative teacher who enjoys working on a teaching team
*2 years’ early childhood teaching experience in China
*BA and/or TEFL
Package:
* Contracted hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday (curriculum provided)
* Professional Development: EMTTA (Etonkids Montessori Teacher Training Academy) training available for Montessori certification.
* After tax salary 12,500 RMB if you meet the above requirements
* Probation required (2 months at 90 percent pay)
* Work Visa
* Chinese and western holidays
* 50 percent international medical insurance provided the first year and 80 percent international medical insurance provided the second year
